(no subject)

Call me old fashioned, but even in this shiny, computer-tech age, I still like to pay my bills by check. Regular, old, paper checks. Even with more and more companies touting how less wasteful paying on-line is and hey, I'm all for reducing waste. Especially junk mail, grr. But still, I also feel a need to, in a way, support the postal service. I buy local when I can, recycle as much as possible but if I do buy something online that I can't just drive to a store to pick up, it'll have to be shipped, and odds are, it'll be through the postal service.

Yeah, stamp prices will probably go up again in the not too distant future, and I'll grumble about them but I'll buy them. As much as I hate junk mail and waste, I love getting and sending letters, packages and neat things more.
